Hans is one of Melbourne's longest performing musicians and through his music store Hans has provided Croydon and surrounding areas with the joy of music since 1973.

Expanding the business over the years he has accommodated more brands and products to create the unique experience of providing "everything in music". Helpful and honest staff are dedicated to giving customers the right advice and product for their needs. In 1998 and 2002 Hans Music Spot received the "Highly Commended" Australian Achiever Award for "service in the field of music".

A bit about Hans

Hans Meyer is a well know musician to everyone in the music scene. He has been playing traditional and folk music for the last 36 years at the Cuckoo Restaurant in Olinda. Hans has donated over 20 years of his life to raising money for the local and national community with the Croydon Rotary Club. His commitment to local schools and community groups has meant music and education in the community has grown along with Hans Music Spot.

Since opening his doors for the first time in 1973 his philosophy of honest, professional advice for each and every customer has meant musicians have found the right product for their needs and parents have made the right choice for their childrens' future. Many successful musicians have walked through his doors and many more will in years to come.
